Legal Nurse Consultant Medical Laser Injury Ehlers Danlos Dermatolgy Burn Knowledge Required
I am seeking an experienced legal nurse consultant with specific knowledge of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Dermatology to organize and analyze a personal injury case involving laser burns from a medical aesthetic center in Florida from a BBL Heroic Machine. I will utlilize this document to communicate with potential attorneys.
Materials include daily photographs , receipt, full patient provided medical history, there have been 3 dermatolgy visits, a burn center visit and ER visit
Most importantly is Ehlers Danlos Syndrome with multiple medical conditions requiring someone familiar of EDS and its implications for wound healing and laser treatment contradictions.
Deliverable is one clean, chronological timeline and medical summary identifying standard of care deviations, and medication / medical contradictions in attorney ready format.
All materials provided. This is a straight foward project for experienced legal nurse
Candidate should have ability to research Florida law governing who is legally permitted to operate IPL and laser devices in medical setting including scope of practice requriements for aestheticians versus licensed medical professionals.
