Legal Consultant / Tech Lawyer Needed to Fully Protect a Mobile & Web App (Global Compliance)

I am building a mobile and web application and I am looking for an experienced legal consultant or technology lawyer to help me fully cover the legal and compliance side before the project is showcased publicly. This project must meet a high international standard, comparable to platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Khan Academy, Uber, or Airbnb. The goal is to ensure the platform is legally protected, compliant, and investment-ready, while keeping solutions cost-efficient and scalable for a startup. Scope of Work You will help identify, prepare, customize, and/or review all required legal documents for a modern SaaS / mobile app with global users. --- Scope – Required Legal Files (Go-Live Essentials) --- The work will cover only the core, mandatory documents needed for launch: Privacy Policy (GDPR, CCPA, global privacy compliance) Terms of Use / Terms & Conditions End-User License Agreement (EULA) (mobile app) Cookie Policy & Consent Language Disclaimer Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) Basic Data Processing Language (third-party tools, analytics, hosting) User Content & IP Ownership Clauses What I’m Looking For ✅ Experience with tech startups, SaaS, mobile apps, or platforms ✅ Strong understanding of international privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) ✅ Ability to explain legal matters clearly and practically ✅ Focus on risk mitigation + cost-effective solutions ✅ Bonus: Experience working with early-stage startups or founders Deliverables A complete list of required legal documents Drafted or customized versions of the documents OR reviewed/improved versions of provided drafts Clear guidance on: What is mandatory before launch What can be phased later Ongoing compliance responsibilities Suggestions for cheapest compliant setup without cutting corners Budget & Engagement Open to: Fixed-price project Please include in your proposal: Your relevant experience (apps, SaaS, platforms) Examples of similar legal work (no confidential info) Your suggested approach for a startup-friendly, compliant setup Important Note This project cannot be publicly showcased until the legal foundation is properly in place.
