Legal Assistant [Remote - 1 day/Month onsite in Michigan]
Legal.io is searching for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a leading automotive company. This is a 6 month contract, with potential to extend. This role is fully remote, but does require 1 day a month travel to the Dearborn, MI office for an on-site meeting. Key Responsibilities... • Retrieving and preparing documents for submission to NHTSA. • Supporting the Regulatory team in meetings and communications. • Maintaining organized records of all NHTSA-related activities. • Tracking deadlines and ensuring timely responses to NHTSA.• Collaborating with internal Ford teams to gather necessary information. • Providing general administrative support to the Regulatory team. RequiredQualifications: • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
