Title: Legal Analyst Location: Lehi UT United States Part time As a legal analyst you will support Clozd's legal operations by managing sales contract reviews, coordinating with external counsel, and helping maintain legal compliance across the business. What you will be doing: Reviewing, redlining, and helping negotiate NDAs, MSAs, and other sales and vendor contracts Serving as the first line of legal review for internal stakeholders across sales, customer success, and operations Acting as the primary point of contact for external legal counsel and helping manage outsourced legal workstreams Staying up to date on relevant SaaS, privacy, and commercial law developments and helping us stay compliant Developing and maintaining templates, playbooks, and contract tracking systems Doing whatever it takes to help Clozd operate efficiently, ethically, and in alignment with legal best practices Qualifications: BA/BS degree required; Currently pursuing JD at tier-1 university (Utah, BYU) Comfortable working independently in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment Exceptional attention to detail and writing skills Strong judgment and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Passionate about streamlining legal processes and scaling legal support as the company grows Part-time (15-30 hours per week) Cultural alignment with Clozd's core values of vision, drive, empathy, stewardship, authenticity, and integrity Apply tot his job
