Job Summary As a Learning Specialist (Japanese) at Amazon Business Customer Service, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to our customer service associates. You will work closely with our training team to identify training needs, analyze performance data, and create training interventions to meet our business goals. Your expertise in Japanese language and culture will be essential in creating training programs that cater to our diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver training programs to customer service associates, including new hire training and continuous learning sessions Analyze performance data to identify gaps and propose training interventions to meet business goals Coordinate training sessions based on site needs and conduct daily sessions with trainees Track and provide weekly debriefs and reporting to the ABCS Leadership Team Document feedback and audit results to help the Leadership Team identify strengths and areas of opportunity Participate in call listening sessions and quality calibrations to keep abreast of updates and developments Take customer contacts every month to keep abreast of latest process updates and changes Lead and/or be a team member on improvement projects that are aimed at enhancing business performance Essential Qualifications JLPT N1 certification in Japanese language and excellent English language skills 2+ years of experience in training delivery roles or similar experience Bachelor's degree or significant college coursework in communication, education, or a related field Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a 24/7 x 365 days global team across a variety of time zones Preferred Qualifications Experience in customer service or customer service-related work experience Training experience specific to a contact center environment Experience working with diverse cultural groups and languages Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze performance data and propose training interventions Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Amazon, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
