You'll collaborate with Learning Managers, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and scale learning initiatives that make a tangible impact. The Difference You'll Make We're looking for a seasoned Learning Program Manager with a proven track record of developing and managing learning programs. Your expertise will help us: Design and implement learning programs that drive employee growth and development Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and priorities Manage program documentation, timelines, and communication plans Build relationships with external partners and vendors Analyze program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement A Typical Day As a Learning Program Manager at bolthires, your day will be filled with: Partnering with Learning Managers and leadership teams to drive learning programs Facilitating conversations between teams, managing processes, and resolving open issues Leading weekly meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure key deliverables are on track Developing strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged Managing program documentation, timelines, and communication plans Managing relationships with external partners and vendors Managing course offerings within our learning management system (LMS) Analyzing LMS reports and drawing insights from course analytics and participant feedback Your Expertise To succeed in this role, you'll need: 8-10 years of experience managing moderate to large-sized projects/programs in Learning or HR Experience managing programs with internal and external contributors Exceptional leadership, priority management, meeting facilitation, and organizational skills Data-driven mindset with a passion for new learning products and solutions Comfort with ambiguity and a can-do attitude Experience building relationships and collaborating across geographically dispersed teams Expertise in using program management tools like Asana, Jira, Smartsheets, etc. 2+ years of LMS experience (Intellum, Cornerstone, etc.) Bachelor's degree; advanced degree desirable Scrum (CSM) certification preferred Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At bolthires, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
