This roadmap will support both the growth and exponential strategic development of the CM Value Stream and its capacity.Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) is a world leader in producing imaging agents that enhance the quality of diagnostic images used to diagnose and monitor diseases.Reporting to the ISC LEAN & Digital Director this role will partner with the Contrast Media Operations SVP and Leadership Team, your focus will be on transforming the Value Stream into a model of LEAN excellence. This role is vital for driving the cultural change necessary to evolve GEHC PDx into a truly LEAN organisation. Hands-on experience in applying Lean principles and driving continuous improvement will be essential to your success in this critical leadership position.Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for partnering with site and business leaders to define the key streams that will have the greatest impact on the business and the customer.Serve as a change agent by influencing, communicating, and institutionalizing a culture of simplification and standardization.Coach Lean Manufacturing principles and behaviours to our plant leadership teams in the use of Lean tools and the simplification methodology to drive significant business impact & to lead the coaching culture Develop Lean capabilities by training and coaching key team members to build Lean muscle within the organisation.Enhance of Operating system through the cultivation of our core 4 tools, (Daily Management, Standard Work, Problem Solving and Action plans).Support across all levels of the Lean Management System from ‘shop floor’ to executive level.?
