The Role of a Leadership Development Director As a Leadership Development Director with Workwarp, you will have the freedom to work independently from home, choosing your own schedule and managing your hours. You will be responsible for participating in weekly Zoom training and development sessions, developing and executing marketing strategies, and implementing lead generation techniques via social media. Key Responsibilities: Participate in weekly Zoom training and development sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in personal and leadership development. Develop and execute marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, to promote our programs and services. Implement lead generation techniques via social media with expert guidance to attract new clients and grow our business. Conduct structured interviews and facilitate the provision of information to applicants, ensuring that they have a seamless and informative experience. Organize online Q&A sessions and provide mentorship to new clients, helping them to achieve their personal and professional goals. Build a successful online presence and grow your personal brand using diverse marketing methods, including social media, content creation, and networking. What We're Looking For To succeed as a Leadership Development Director with Workwarp, you will need to have: Essential Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, either as an independent contractor or with a reputable company. Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with Zoom and other video conferencing tools. Preferred Qualifications: Background in digital marketing, including experience with social media advertising and content creation. Experience in the personal and leadership development industry.
