Leadership Development Coordinator

The Leadership Development Coordinator will support the firm’s mission by maintaining learning systems, organizing development activities, and ensuring effective communication across the Leadership Development function.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate and facilitate the use of the firm values: Listen, Plan, Support, AdaptProvide support to employees regarding development resources, training attendance, onboarding needs, and LD processesCoordinate logistics for firmwide and function-specific trainings, including scheduling, invitations, rosters, communication, and attendance trackingAssist in the creation, formatting, and maintenance of instructional materials (training decks, job aids, facilitator guides, etc.), ensuring alignment with established brand and style guidelinesSupport eLearning creation and deployment in collaboration with the LD Manager and subject-matter expertsHelp maintain and administer the learning management system (LMS), including course publishing, assignments, and progress reportingAssist with LD reporting and data analysisHelp prepare department communications, such as announcements, reminders, and updates, with support from Brand & Business DevelopmentAssist the LD Manager in collaborating with subject-matter experts to design, develop, maintain, and support the delivery of firmwide and function-specific development activities, continuing professional education (CPE) offerings, and compliance trainingUphold the standards required for granting of continuing professional education (CPE) credit on internal coursesSupport new hire orientation to help create a seamless experienceCoordinate onboarding course assignmentsProvide training support on firm change initiativesSuggest new ideas for improving LD processes through researchStay current on LD / learning & development research, news, trends, etcContribute to strategic planning efforts as a member of the People & Culture teamPerform other related duties and projects as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Management, or related field of studyExperience working in a professional environmentAble to be an active team member or leader on projectsAble to think critically and creatively solve problemsAble to work independentlyExcellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of and experience using instructional design principlesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareComfort with or ability to learn video editing and graphics applicationsAbility to learn and apply adult learning principlesAbility to learn the functions of and requirements for a Learning Management System (LMS)Strong collaboration skillsStrong service orientation and willingness to assist othersProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a timeAdvanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or a related field1 to 2 years experience in HR, learning & development, or administrative rolesExperience administering a Learning Management System (LMS)Experience using Articulate 360, or other content authoring tool, to create and publish eLearning courses is a plusExperience authoring intranet pagesExperience in financial servicesExperience working with the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements of the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) and the various states in which the firm is licensed to do businessBenefitsGenerous Paid Time Off: Start with 20 days and watch it grow, plus 2 extra days annually for managers.Comprehensive Healthcare: Medical options include HMO, PPO, HDHP, with fully covered dental and vision for you.Flexible Spending Accounts & Health Savings Accounts: Manage healthcare expenses conveniently with a benefits debit card.Employee Assistance Program: Confidential support for personal or work-related challenges.Hybrid & Remote Flexibility: Work-life balance matters!
