Role Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.Develop and maintain RPA hots to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.Mentor and support junior developers and peers at offshoreImplement best practices for data governance, scalability, and security.Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful deployment and operation of data services.Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to ensure high-quality architecture and efficient data solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Overall 8+ years of IT experience & 3+ years in RPA development using UiPathStrong knowledge of architecting, designing, developing, arid deploying automation solutions using Ui Path softwareGood in analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, creating workflows, developing and configuring BOTs using Ui PathDemonstrated ability in the entire service development lifecycle: design, implementation, deployment, and live site support.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience with UiPath is a must.Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.Provide thought leadership and technical guidance to ensure high-quality architecture and efficient data solutions.Certified UiPath RPA Developer
