Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making. Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks. Analyze and report on financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Monitor and manage cash balances, debt levels, and investments. Coordinate with external banks and financial institutions to execute transactions and maintain banking relationships. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to treasury operations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in treasury operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, tax, and legal, to support financial objectives. Train and mentor junior treasury analysts to ensure high-quality work and development of skills. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as external regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of treasury strategies and initiatives.
