As a Lead Technical Consultant 2, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, ensuring the successful integration and implementation of Wireline, Wireless, and IT Products/Services for our customers. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Technical Consultation: Provide expert technical sales support during joint sales calls with the sales team, addressing customer inquiries and offering solutions for complex technical issues.
• Customer Engagement: Consult with customers to understand their business, information, technical, and educational needs, and deliver tailored systems/applications solutions.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive working knowledge of assigned company products and services, conducting sales presentations, product demonstrations, and ensuring proper installation and maintenance.
• Problem Solving: Analyze practices, procedures, and data to develop innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Solution Development: Create recommendations, implement new methods, techniques, and procedures, and potentially build mini-applications to demonstrate feasibility based on customer requirements.
• Mentorship: Act as a mentor or coach within the team, sharing your expertise and helping others grow in their roles.

Education and Experience:
• Education: A bachelor's degree is typically required.
• Experience: 7-10 years of experience in engineering or sales, with a deep understanding of functional/process areas and a reputation as a subject matter expert.
• Supervisory: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
