We also have physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office some or all of the time.About your roleAs a Lead Technical Consultant at Juniper Square, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering solutions to our largest and most strategic Enterprise customers during implementation and throughout the customer lifecycle. Your role will be to provide consultation and guidance to customers and internal teams on software usage, process recommendations, and solution proposals.You'll engage with customers hands-on, partnering with teams across their global organization to understand their current ways of working and helping them create more efficient practices. You'll use your product expertise and industry best practices to help customers provide an excellent experience to their investors and transform how they operate.What youâll doServe as a technical expert and maintain a deep understanding of Enterprise customer behaviors, product functionality, and industry best practices for large, complex organizationsStrategize and consult with customers that have many projects running concurrently to understand their plans, strategic goals, and desired business outcomes; proactively identify potential constraints, develop and build buy-in for alternative approaches, and affect change through a successful implementationDesign an appropriate adoption plan and execute in a timely fashionStructure and lead specific training for customers involving many users with varying skill sets and responsibilitiesBreak down complex technical concepts for a wide audience of different stakeholders with a varying degree of technical expertisePartner with team members across Project Management, Customer Success, Service, Product and Support to troubleshoot complex issues and drive successful outcomes for our largest customersBecome a leader internally for the Technical Consulting team; discover new efficient practices, share knowledge, and collaborate with team membersCollaborate cross-functionally with product development teams to guide Juniper Squareâs product roadmap that reflects the voice of our customersWork across the organization to create, document and maintain consistent messaging around product and procedural best practicesBe a thought leader in how we expand our consulting footprint to better serve our customers and their unique needsQualificationsBachelorâs degree or equivalent work experience requiredMinimum of 8 years relevant experience required with 3 years of enterprise client experienceSignificant project management experience with large, strategic enterprise customers in the investment management industryExperience consulting senior-level partners, understanding customer business goals, defining and tracking metrics and identifying problems and resolving them before they escalateEffective analysis, interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsMust be able to communicate with others in a concise, persuasive and professional mannerLed client-facing meetings and presentations with multiple attendees of various levels, including executivesMust be creative and work well as a member of a team to drive decision makingAbility to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to generate efficienciesPerforms under minimal supervision and can work independentlyTechnical experience working with API implementations preferredOpenness to travel to meet with customers or team members as neededAt Juniper Square, we believe building a diverse workforce and an inclusive culture makes us a better company. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $175,000 USD.
