Our center provides developmentally appropriate curriculum to students in a team work environment. We are looking for individuals who are truly passionate about teaching and guiding young children to learn to their fullest potential! We are rapidly expanding are seeking to fill the following positions: • Lead Teachers of Preschool age children (2-5 years) *Must have 90 hour certificate and either 1 year of child care experience OR college transcripts • Full time We offer competitive pay and TONS of benefits for our wonderful staff! • ** Including, but not limited to: paid holidays after 90 days, PTO, Health insurance/vision/dental coverage w/ employee contribution, sick and safe leave, professional development training, staff referral credits of $150 per referral, Friday gift card raffle, monthly breakfast treats, full coffee bar, holiday bonus, Teacher Appreciation week celebration, employee Birthday celebration treats, Free lunch for Teacher of the month, team bonding outings (quarterly)!*** Requirements for Lead Teacher: • Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent • 45 hours of Child Growth and Development • 45 hours in Preschool Curriculum (required if Lead for 2-5 year old's) • 45 hours Infant- Toddler Certificate (required if Lead for 6 wk-24 month old's) • Minimum of one year of experience working with children in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college credits • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development • Commitment to ongoing professional development • Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.
