Develop and implement executive recruiting strategies for the organization.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify critical hiring needs and develop effective solutions.
Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure successful execution of executive recruiting programs.
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top-tier executive talent.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, hiring managers, and external partners.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in executive recruiting.
Develop and maintain a strong network of potential executive candidates.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify top talent and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Negotiate and facilitate job offers for executive candidates.
Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of executive recruiting programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new executive hires.
Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and other networking events to promote the company and attract top talent.
Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's employer brand to attract and retain top executive talent.
Mentor and coach junior recruiters to develop their skills and enhance the overall effectiveness of the team.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to executive recruiting.
Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the status of executive recruiting programs and initiatives.
