Lead Sourcing Specialist - Inside Sales

VIM Technologies, a nationally operating, leading provider of comprehensive environmental compliance and emissions management solutions, is looking to expand our dynamic inside sales team with the addition of a highly-motivated and resourceful Lead Sourcing Specialist. We are seeking a self-motivated and coachable individual with a genuine interest in building a career in sales and someone who is not afraid to initiate phone calls to engage with potential clients.

About the Role:
As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, your primary responsibility is to drive new business interests through proactive outreach, including leveraging social media networking, cold calls and targeted emails.
You will collaborate closely with the National Sales Director to translate strategic priorities into actionable lead sourcing initiatives. Working directly with the Sales and Marketing teams, your role involves organizing and executing critical lead sourcing activities to support growth in key product lines and strategic initiatives. This role will be remote but may require some travel and the occasion onsite presence.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or sales support role for technical software products, knowledge of current lead generation techniques, strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Candidates should have prior experience with a CRM such as Salesforce, a bachelor’s degree, be results driven with a sense of accountability, maintain professionalism in a remote work environment, and be persuasive in delivery with the ability to overcome objections.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and be willing to travel occasionally to participate in company meetings, user groups, trade shows, and conferences.
