Lead Solutions Consultant - Mid Atlantic
Description:
• Partner with sales organization to drive revenue for Sprinklr’s Eastern division
• Act as a key member of the account team, working directly with prospects and customers
• Conduct in depth discovery on the customer’s current and future states
• Design compelling solutions for customer’s key business challenges
• Lead presales activities including building compelling presentations and conducting Proofs of Concept
• Collaborate with the Sprinklr ecosystem to validate customer requirements
• Document observations from prospects and customers to influence future product capabilities
• Maintain up to date Sprinklr product certifications
• Prioritize participation in meetings with the account team
• Create re-usable collateral for the global presales team
• Willingness for up to 40% travel
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in a presales role, preferably with a CCaaS based company managing large enterprise customers
• Clear communicator who can command engagements with Executives, IT, and business leads/practitioners
• Thought leader who has engaged in activities such as publishing whitepapers, speaking at industry events, blogging, etc.
• Creative thinker who can bring to life a vision of how a customer can approach their Customer Experiences in new and exciting ways
• Methodical and meticulous approach to preparation and execution
• Experience with cloud contact center technologies ranging from IP Telephony, Intelligent Routing, Workflow Automation, Self Service, Conversational AI, Workforce Optimization, Outbound Engagement, Social Media Engagement, Digital (DX), Unified communications (UC) and Analytics
