Come be a part of it!Role Summary:As part of our growing engineering team, the Lead Backend Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems using C# and Python on AWS.This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive backend architecture decisions, optimize system performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, cloud-native solutions.What You'll Do:Technical Leadership:

Lead the design and architecture of scalable backend services using C# and Python.
Establish best practices for backend development, including security, performance, and maintainability.
Mentor and guide a team of server engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
Backend Development & Implementation

Develop and maintain microservices, APIs, and data processing pipelines.
Implement server-side logic, business rules, and data management strategies.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Cloud & Infrastructure Management

Design and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging services like Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies to ensure system reliability and uptime.
Collaborate with DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
Collaboration & Innovation

Work closely with frontend, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of backend services.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance system performance and development efficiency.
Drive the adoption of best practices in cloud architecture and backend engineering.
