Lead Research Manager
Description:
• Team Management: Manage Lead Researchers and ensure task completion
• Market Research: Review market segments and create reports
• Client Communication: Work directly with clients and respond to queries
• Hiring and Training: Build training programs and support hiring
Requirements:
• Experience as Lead Research Manager (2 years+)
• Experience working with lead generation software such as Zoominfo
• Results-oriented
• Able to work to deadlines
• Work well in a remote team
• Eagerness to learn new skills
• Experience with spreadsheets
• Fluent English
• Strong attention to detail
• Bonus experience: Experience working with Zoominfo or similar tools
• Experience working with startups is a plus
• Experience in managing remote team
