Lead Remote Project Coordinator

Accountabilities • Create, submit, and manage content within the document control system (Veeva/PromoMats) to support on-time project delivery. • Assign reviewers and route materials through established review workflows. • Track review progress and communicate status updates to content owners. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve communication and process efficiency. • Balance multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines. • Provide guidance and coaching to peers regarding submission requirements. Requirements • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project management or coordination. • Functional knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams). • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong interpersonal skills: effective communication, collaboration, and negotiation. • Ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and learn new concepts. • Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as medical devices or healthcare. • Knowledge of Veeva/PromoMats and Workfront project management tool.
