Position: Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Manager Type: Independent Contractor Compensation: $70–$140/hour Location: US, UK, or Canada Duration: 3–4 weeks Commitment: 15+ hours/week Role Responsibilities • Design questions related to Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Management. • Collaborate with AI research teams to improve question quality and relevance. • Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. • Ensure content aligns with industry standards and practices. • Utilize professional experience to enhance project outcomes. Qualifications Must-Have • 4+ years full-time work experience as a Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Manager. • Be based in the US, UK, or Canada. • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks). Compensation & Legal • At-will contractor to Mercor. • Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours. • Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
