Job Summary
We are hiring a Lead React Frontend Developer with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in modern frontend technologies. This role is strictly for direct full-time candidates who can work long term and take ownership of frontend architecture, design decisions, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance frontend applications
• Architect and implement complex UI solutions using React
• Drive frontend best practices, coding standards, and design patterns
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend teams, and stakeholders
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and lead technical discussions
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility compliance
• Participate in architectural reviews and technical roadmap planning
Required Technical Skills (Must-Have)
• 10+ years of experience in Frontend / Web Development
• 6+ years of strong hands-on experience with React.js
• Expert-level proficiency in:
• JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, LESS
• Strong experience with:
• React Hooks, Context API
• Redux / Redux Toolkit / Zustand / MobX
• Component-driven architecture
• UI frameworks & libraries:
• Material UI, Ant Design, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI
• Strong knowledge of:
• REST APIs, GraphQL
• JSON, WebSockets
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
• State management, form handling, and validation frameworks
• Cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
Advanced / Preferred Skills
• Next.js, SSR, SSG
• Micro-frontend architecture
• Performance optimization and lazy loading techniques
• Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright
• Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM, Yarn, PNPM
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Version control using Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
• Accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) is a plus

• Proven experience in Lead / Architect role
