Key Responsibilities Problem-Solving and Solution Design : Solve complex problems using facts and apply proven solution patterns and tools. Lead solution design that invests in the most relevant matters to meet client demands. Leadership and Mentorship : Lead engineering projects to ensure high-quality deliverables. Lead and mentor engineering team members to foster a positive learning environment. Technical Design and Architecture : Provide technical design and architecture guidance for complex Data Integrations and orchestration. System Monitoring and Management : Manage system monitoring and alert strategies to ensure system stability and improve its manageability. Code Base Management : Manage code base and improve its expendability, recoverability, and reparability. Quality Control and Communication : Manage quality control of all deliverables. Provide resource estimates, timelines, and scope of work for projects. Data Integration and Support : Design, develop, and support data integration software to meet current and future growth. Drive collaboration across development and other teams in the company. Technical Support and Automation : Lead technical supports and automation efforts to maintain a first-class client experience. Essential Qualifications Professional Experience : At least 10 years of professional software development experience. ETL Experience : Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Engineering Lead Role : Experience in an engineering lead role is a plus. Fundamental Understanding : Fundamental understanding of common data structures and algorithms. Data Transformation and Management : Strong background with data transformation and management in both structured and semi-structured data. SQL and Data Manipulation : Strong data manipulation experience using SQL. Object-Oriented Programming : Strong background with object-oriented programming using Python or C#. Web Services and Integration : Solid experience building and consuming both RESTful and SOAP-based web services. Solid experience building end-to-end repeatable integration processes with effective monitoring and automation. Interpersonal Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, as this position will interface with many levels both inside and outside of our organization. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented mindset. Team Orientation and Collaboration : Must be team-oriented with strong collaboration, prioritization, and a "can-do" attitude. Testing and Quality Assurance : Proficiency in manual and automated testing. Preferred Qualifications Cloud Computing Services : Solid knowledge of cloud computing services in AWS. Parallel Processing : Solid experience in parallel processing large data sets with scalable hardware. Kubernetes and Containerization : Experience with Kubernetes, Containerization, Oracle, SaaS, Azure, and Spring Framework.
