Key Responsibilities:
Focused on management of a substantial development capital investment budget, ensuring optimal utilization of funds to maximize returns and support strategic business objectives.
You will work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and project management, to drive effective execution of investment initiatives, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
You will lead the annual planning process for capital investments, identifying and prioritizing key investment opportunities that align with the company's strategic goals.
Additionally, you will create and maintain a dynamic prioritization model for capital investments, evaluating potential projects based on financial returns, strategic fit, and risk assessment.
Preparing and presenting monthly reports on capital investment performance will be a crucial part of your role, tracking progress against investment goals and providing insights to senior leadership.
Education:
Requires a bachelors degree.
Experience:
Requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility.
