The Product Marketing team sits at the convergence of product, supply, sales and acquisitions, and is a key element in driving our users success and growth. As a Lead Product Marketing Manager you will be leading one of the Product Marketing focus areas. Your team is responsible for driving go-to-market and growth strategies, identifying growth opportunities and promoting user insights. You’ll collaborate closely with product, supply, sales and acquisitions. Your Daily Tasks Will Entail: Work closely with cross functional teams on go-to-market and growth strategies for different features and product areas Drive marketing plans and campaigns across sales, success and acquisitions Report on Product Marketing initiatives performance, being accountable for results and impact Stay informed of the trends in the industry and competitive landscape Identify key growth drivers and blockers, and generate actionable user insights through both quantitative and qualitative methods, including data analysis, surveys, and collaborative research with the research team Proactively look for ways on how to improve FYUL’s offering Manage more junior team members, being responsible for their output and career development Your Qualifications Experience collaborating with product managers in shaping new features and launch these to market Experience in e-commerce Strong project management skills Problem solving and data driven mindset Ability to work independently, having a proactive approach with a get-things-done attitude Ability to prioritize effectively Ability to influence without authority Being comfortable with remote work set up and async collaboration Experience with user research +4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy or related field within a software company (preferred) Good understanding of marketing performance indicators What We Offer: Flexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 a.m.) Health insurance Be part of a friendly, inclusive, and global team An opportunity to work remotely or in person, from one of our modern and welcoming offices in Rīga, Tallinn, or Barcelona Access to mentorship, internal meetups, and hackathons both on-site and online Exciting team-building events and parties you’ll never forget!
