The Lead Product Manager - Virtual Care Experience is a senior individual contributor role responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Revive's Virtual Primary Care and Virtual Urgent Care products, with additional scope to shape broader member experiences and clinical touchpoints across the platform.

You'll shape the member and clinician experience across core care journeys, including scheduling, onboarding, clinical documentation, and telehealth workflows. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring deep product expertise, technical and clinical fluency, and a passion for designing scalable, seamless, human-centered solutions.

This is a remote position (US-based) with travel expected approximately once per quarter for in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Product Strategy and Vision:

Define a compelling product vision for Virtual Primary Care, Virtual Urgent Care, and associated clinical experiences that align with Revive's mission to deliver seamless, best-in-class, and human-centered care.

Act as the first point of contact for additional product offerings that integrate clinical care (Dermatology, Psychiatry, etc.) helping shape the strategy and evaluate fit within the broader member experience

Translate complex technical and clinical needs into actionable product strategies and experiences

Product Roadmap:

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for virtual care offerings - from discovery through delivery, GTM, and continuous improvement

Build and evolve a data-informed roadmap that reflects use, clinical, and business needs

Use feedback and analytics to define product goals and measure outcomes

Team Mentorship:

Mentor and coach other PMs by modeling strong product thinking, communication, and decision-making

Help define team best practices, product frameworks, and operating models to support consistency and scale

Contribute to product documentation to support the growth of the product organization

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering, design, clinical operations, and business teams to ensure alignment across product initiatives and seamless delivery.

Drive decision-making by bringing together diverse inputs from tech, clinical, member, and client-facing stakeholders.

Contribute to strategic planning, leadership discussions, and roadmap presentations.

Research and Innovation:

Stay up to date on digital health trends, care delivery models, and virtual care best practices.

Identify unmet member and clinician needs across the care journey and propose innovative, scalable solutions.

Balance continuous improvement of core experiences with exploration of future capabilities.

Customer Focus and Business Enablement:

Champion the voice of the member in product decisions, ensuring that experiences are intuitive, inclusive, and emotionally resonant.

Ensure that all experiences are clinically relevant, safe, and designed in alignment with regulatory standards (e.g. HIPAA, PII/PHI requirements)

Support go-to-market efforts, business development, and client conversations by contributing product knowledge and member insight.

Ensure products are built with both operational realities and member needs in mind.

Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years of work in digital health or health tech.

Experience leading complex B2C or B2B2C products with both clinical and technical complexity.

Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Metrics-oriented with strong analytical skills; able to define and track KPIs to guide decisions

Excellent communications skills, including experience presenting to leadership and cross-functional teams

Strong technical literacy - comfortable discussing APIs, workflows, system design, and implementation trade-offs

Proficiency with modern product collaboration, and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Confluence, Mixpanel, Power BI)

Proven understanding of HIPAA compliance and best practices for handling PII and PHI.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience; advanced degree (MBA, technical) a plus.
