Their platform supports the building of critical infrastructure worldwide — from skyscrapers to hospitals, airports, retail spaces, and residential complexes.Job SummaryThe role focuses on enhancing and evolving the company's Photos tool, a key feature used by field teams to capture, organize, and manage visual documentation of construction projects.The primary challenge for this role is to integrate reality capture device data — such as 360-degree cameras, drones, and LiDAR — into the platform, delivering a seamless and intuitive user experience that bridges the physical and digital worlds.ResponsibilitiesLead the design vision and execution for the Photos tool, from concept to delivery.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to translate product requirements into intuitive and scalable user experiences.Design and validate solutions through wireframes, mockups, flow diagrams, prototypes, and other UX artifacts.Develop detailed storyboards, sitemaps, and user journeys to articulate complex workflows and interactions.Manage and mentor a small team of Product Designers, including performance management, career growth, and day-to-day support.Distribute tasks, provide design direction, and ensure high-quality delivery across design workstreams.Act as the primary design point of contact for the product team, facilitating alignment between design, product, and engineering.Leverage and actively contribute to the Design System, including proposing new components and refining patterns to ensure consistency and scalability.Facilitate user research, usability testing, and other validation methodologies to inform design decisions.Clearly communicate design rationale to stakeholders at all levels, including technical leads and product owners.Qualifications and Job RequirementsProven people management experience, including performance reviews, mentorship, and team development.Experience growing and leading a design team within a fast-paced SaaS or product organization.Strong expertise in both mobile and web product design, with a portfolio demonstrating cross-platform solutions.6+ years of experience designing high-quality, user-centered digital products.Mastery of modern design tools, especially Figma.Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting and defending design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, including discovery, research, validation, and iteration.Hands-on experience in leading and driving the full design process, from discovery to delivery.Strong collaboration skills in agile, cross-functional environments.What We Offer100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
