About this role We’re looking for a hands-on, Lead Product Designer with impeccable taste, strong ownership, and deep love for users. You’ll be crafting exclusive, high-quality user experiences across mobile and web. Experience with sleek, polished consumer apps is critical — this role is for someone who’s fast, thoughtful, and obsessed with getting every detail right. What You’ll Be Doing • Design smooth, beautiful customer journeys across mobile and web — onboarding, new features, and interactive UI included. • Talk to users. A lot. Understand what they need and what makes them happy. • Own your work end-to-end: from idea → prototype → final design. • Work closely with the product manager and engineers to bring ideas to life. • Use data and feedback to improve fast. We ship, learn, repeat. • Help shape and evolve our design system. What We’re Looking For • Minimum 5+ years designing mobile & web products at scale (200K+ MAU). • A portfolio that shows impeccable taste, product thinking, and craft. • You're proactive, hands-on, and love shipping real things. • You care about users and obsess over getting the details right. • Curious, collaborative, and excited to build something that matters. • Excellent communication skills in English (B2 or higher preferred).
