Day in the Life of a Lead Pharmacy Technician at blithequark As a Lead Pharmacy Technician at blithequark, your days will be filled with a variety of exciting challenges and opportunities. You will work closely with our senior technicians to coordinate daily production, troubleshoot issues, and identify solutions to improve our front-end processes and workflow. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns Working alongside our pharmacists to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our pharmacy operations Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements and quality initiatives The Team and Rewarding Benefits at blithequark At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, development, and success.
