WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of privileged access management (PAM), including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.Manage and automate the provisioning and de-provisioning of privileged access rights across applications and systems.Define, manage, and maintain roles and entitlements in the PAM solution. Ensure access rights are appropriate for users’ job functions, adhering to the principle of least privilege.Conduct periodic access reviews and certifications to ensure that privileged access is aligned with security policies and regulatory requirements. Drive compliance with industry standards (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS, GDPR).Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to integrate PAM solutions with other identity and security platforms. Automate workflows to streamline privileged access processes.Investigate and resolve incidents related to privileged access, such as unauthorized access attempts or policy violations. Participate in root cause analysis and collaborate on corrective actions.Identify areas for improvement within the PAM program and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements and new security controls. WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's degree required in preferred or a related field.12+ years of relevant professional work experience. This should include 3+ years hands on experience in PAM (preferably Saviynt)Solid understanding of PAM principles, including least privilege, role-based access control (RBAC), and separation of duties.Familiarity with cloud-based PAM solutions and securing privileged access in cloud environmentsAbility to troubleshoot complex access issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.Excellent written and verbal communications Passion for managing products and driving results Additional Information Saviynt is an amazing place to work.
