This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the United States, preferably in the Central or Eastern time zones.

What Will My Role Be?

As an OCM Lead Consultant, you will guide clients through successful technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Microsoft solutions. You will partner closely with stakeholders to support seamless application implementations, technology rollouts, and user adoption—driving measurable improvements in productivity, collaboration, and business performance. In addition, you will play a key role in enabling our internal delivery and sales teams to effectively position and articulate the value of Organizational Change Management (OCM).

Key Responsibilities
• Lead organizational change management activities for Microsoft technology initiatives, including application deployments, platform rollouts, and user adoption programs
• Design, develop, and facilitate OCM workshops, training sessions, and learning materials to support adoption of Microsoft solutions such as Dynamics 365, Copilot, and the broader M365 ecosystem
• Apply structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) to guide organizations through digital transformation and ensure effective technology uptake
• Conduct readiness assessments, identify key stakeholders, and define project goals, success metrics, and adoption strategies
• Lead OCM workstreams, managing milestones, deliverables, interdependencies, and timelines
• Mentor, coach, and support junior consultants in developing OCM capabilities and delivery excellence

Pre-Sales & Sales Enablement
• Support presales activities, including the development of proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and level‑of‑effort estimates for OCM engagements
• Champion the value of OCM across the organization by educating delivery and sales teams on how change management accelerates technology adoption and maximizes customer ROI
• Create and deliver internal communications, training, and enablement materials to help teams position OCM services effectively
• Serve as an internal advocate for OCM by sharing success stories, leading practices, and measurable outcomes to build organizational confidence in OCM offerings
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to craft compelling value propositions and presentations that highlight the benefits of OCM in Microsoft technology projects

What's Required?
• 5+ years of experience in organizational change management or management consulting, with a strong focus on Microsoft technology implementations (M365, Copilot, Dynamics 365, etc.)
• Prosci, CCMP or equivalent certification in change management required
• Demonstrated experience leading medium‑ to large‑scale technology‑driven change initiatives (1,000+ users)
• Experience supporting OCM presales efforts, including requirements gathering, estimation, and client discussions
• Proven ability to design and deliver user adoption strategies, workshops, and training for technology solutions
• Experience developing, managing, and standardizing communication templates and materials
• Highly adaptable, resilient, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced or ambiguous environments
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior consultants
• Ability to travel up to 25%
