Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Product Information Management (PIM) Technical Lead to join our team! This role will be crucial in driving the technical aspects of our product data management and inventory systems. You will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of our Oracle PIM solution. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of Oracle PIM and Inventory modules, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. You will be a key contributor to ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of our product data.Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Your Responsibilities:Technical Leadership:Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Oracle PIM solutionProvide technical guidance and mentorship to development team membersEstablish and enforce development standards and best practicesConduct code reviews and ensure code qualityOracle PIM Expertise:Design and configure Oracle PIM modules (e.g., data modeling, workflow, data governance) to meet business requirementsDevelop and maintain custom extensions, integrations, and reports within Oracle PIMTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle PIMPerform system performance tuning and optimizationStay up-to-date with the latest Oracle PIM releases and featuresData Management:Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across Oracle PIM and related systemsImplement data quality rules and processesManage data migrations and conversionsSystem Integration:Design and implement integrations between Oracle PIM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, e-commerce platforms)Utilize integration technologies such as web services, APIs, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Project Management:Participate in project planning, estimation, and executionManage technical deliverables and ensure timely completionCollaborate with business analysts and project managers to define and prioritize requirementsSupport and Maintenance:Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle PIMRespond to and resolve production incidents and service requestsPerform system upgrades and patchingCreate and maintain technical documentationYou Must Have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field6+ years of experience in Oracle PIM and inventory technical development and implementationStrong technical expertise in Oracle PIM modulesProficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and JavaExperience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar integration technologiesExperience with web services and APIsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWe Would Prefer:Oracle PIM certificationsExperience with Oracle database administrationExperience with Agile development methodologiesExperience with cloud-based Oracle PIM deploymentsExperience with data governance and master data management principlesThe anticipated annual salary range for this position is $110,000 – $140,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
