Job Description: Employer: DFS Corporate Services LLC Job Title: Lead Operational Risk & Internal Control Specialist (multiple openings) Job Location: Riverwoods, IL Job Type: Full Time Duties: Works across departments to coordinate initiatives. Analyzes risk and operations data. Interpret data for the purpose of supporting key business goals such as risk environment monitoring and risk mitigation. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in an Operations Research Analyst-related occupation. Position Required Skills: GRC operations in Archer and ServiceNow including creating and updating risks register and control library; Business process mapping in Blue Works Live; Risk and Control reporting utilizing Microsoft Excel, Snowflake, and Tableau; Knowledge of issue management lifecycle including root cause analysis and remediation; and Development of job aids and tooling to support risk identification and control assessment in the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500 to $131,500. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
