We are a fast-growing company with a passion for education and technology.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Lead of Digital Marketing to lead our global digital marketing initiatives. This role will drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns across paid and organic channels to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and accelerate pipeline growth. The ideal candidate has a strong B2B SaaS background and deep fluency in hands-on digital media management applications and systems, campaign orchestration, and performance analytics. While this role does not include direct team management, it requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to deliver measurable results at scale.

What you’ll do:
• Demand Generation: Develop and execute a comprehensive and efficient demand generation strategy targeting key buyer personas through digital channels such as paid search, social, display, content syndication, SEO, email, and ABM.
• Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across platforms to deliver high-quality MQLs and SQLs to achieve targets, ensuring campaigns are performance-driven and ROI-focused.
• Pipeline Acceleration: Partner with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and third-party agencies to align lead scoring models, improve funnel velocity, and enhance the marketing-to-sales handoff process.
• Platform Management: Drive hands-on execution in key platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), ensuring strategic alignment, investment efficiency, and consistent delivery across all paid and organic channels.
• CRM & Marketing Automation: Utilize platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to drive segmentation, automation, and personalized experiences across the customer journey.
• Performance Analytics & Attribution: Own digital marketing campaign KPIs and attribution frameworks. Monitor performance metrics, analyze ROI, and report on the contribution of digital initiatives to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Content & Messaging Alignment: Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing teams to ensure messaging is aligned to buyer journey stages, industry pain points, and brand positioning across all campaign touchpoints.
• Global Marketing Support: Work with regional teams to tailor strategies that resonate across markets, supporting cultural relevance, compliance, and local activation of global campaigns.

Your Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, and/or a related concentration in digital media management is required
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 6+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, including at least 3+ years recently in a hands-on digital demand generation role within B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth through multi-channel campaigns
• Deep expertise in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert insights into action
• Excellent project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with international or multi-region campaigns is a strong plus
• Clear and persuasive communicator with a collaborative, results-driven approach

Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Familiarity with ABM, personalization strategies, and buyer intent tools
• Experience building attribution models and optimizing campaigns based on full-funnel performance data

● Connection: Embracing and celebrating our differences.

● Empowerment: Rewarding positive people-centric behaviors and decisions.

● Potential: Challenging status quo and pushing for what’s possible.

● Impact: Making a positive impact for our clients and communities around the world.
