As a Lead Tutor / Instructor, you would:
Lead, coach, and work collaboratively to deliver individualized instruction
Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
Communicate student progress with parents
Teach using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
Assist with administrative and community outreach tasks as needed
Do you have:
a passion for math and working with students?
excellent interpersonal skills?
an eagerness to learn and grow?
strong math competency through at least Algebra I ?
the ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities?
We are currently hiring for our Kalorama, Capitol Hill, and Cathedral Heights locations in DC.
Lead Tutor compensation ranges from $18 to $22 hourly and Tutors range from $16 to $18.
