Job Description What you’ll do • Utilize in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policy/strategy and roadmap initiatives • Execute hand offs for new product introductions, part and technology transfers, new process introductions, and strategic plant and equipment investments; inclusive of lead time, technology selection, tooling, fixturing, programming, quality plan, and run-off of initial production sets • Execute hands-on development of new products and processes enabling a successful hand-off to the production team • Manage project timelines to meet customer needs with a strong focus on safety, process quality, qualifications, and Lean • Strong ability to identify and eliminate waste while coaching others • Engineering, standardizing, and optimizing manufacturing processes • Participate in productivity efforts supporting cost competitiveness • Incorporate lean manufacturing principles into process development • Utilize kaizen activities for continuous improvement and collaborate with wider team on breakthrough initiatives What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications) • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of equivalent experience) • Minimum of 4 additional years of experience in Production Process and Equipment • Ability and desire to work on site in a manufacturing environment • This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $81,700.00 and $136,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
