Lead Javascript Programmer for Time and Attendance & Scheduling

We are looking to hire a Javascript programmer/Developer with at least 3 years experience working for an established time and attendance and/or scheduling software Company. *Please only apply if you have such experience or you have created one from scratch you can demo and are very familiar with the space.
We have an in-house team of three junior programmers who need guidance creating scheduling and time and attendance system. Currently, they need help creating pay codes, a timesheet, and payroll export data -- all pulled from our new scheduling system they developed. Here are specific skills/knowledge we seek:
1) Expert with React and Material UI
2) advanced skill using node .js and Postgres
3) Experience building products end to end
4) Familiarity with CMS systems
5) Experience in Testing tools such as jest
