Remote Full-time
About the position

The Portfolio Management Lead at Humana plays a crucial role in aligning the IT portfolio and demand with the business portfolio team. This position requires a deep understanding of how organizational capabilities interrelate across Humana Government Business (HGB) segments and the enterprise as a whole. The lead will advise leadership on IT capability strategy, manage schedules, and ensure that the necessary financial and organizational support is allocated to meet strategic goals. The role involves making decisions related to intradepartmental coordination, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring that business outcomes align with the overall segment or business strategy. In this position, the Portfolio Management Lead will provide cross-functional coordination on all IT-related efforts, supporting VPs across Humana Military by interfacing with the IT organization to assess the health of projects, resource needs, and the implications of deferrals on work efforts.
