Lead Health Informatics Analyst
Job Description: • Lead advanced data analysis efforts to provide actionable insights that improve clinical and operational outcomes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including physicians, nurses, and department leaders, to identify and implement EMR system enhancements. • Configure EMR modules, develop custom templates and build automated workflows to optimize system performance and user experience. • Serve as the lead subject matter expert on EMR systems, providing guidance on best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.• Oversee developing and generating complex reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. • Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring proficiency in system navigation and maximizing EMR capabilities. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing leadership, direction, and mentorship to junior analysts. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by proactively identifying system gaps and opportunities for optimization. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain data integrity across all platforms.Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Information Systems, or a related field • Minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare informatics, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead analysis role • Proven expertise in configuring and customizing EMR systems, eCW, with strong knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare operations • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards, including HIPAA • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire team members • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment • Self-motivated with a strong analytical mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.Benefits: • full healthcare coverage • a 401K with match • a broad range of other health, wellness, and financial benefits Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
