Lead Generation Specialist via Social Media (USA)

Here at Laura Lambe Fitness, we support menopausal women in rebalancing their hormonal health and learning how to THRIVE during this next chapter of their lives. We are looking to partner with an experienced independent contractor to support our lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for a sharp individual who wants to collaborate with a fast-moving company. Project Overview:As a contractor, you will provide lead generation services inside our corporate and personal messaging accounts, responding to leads who message our pages. You will also connect with prospective leads organically through our Facebook, Instagram, and Skool accounts. Your main objective will be to represent our brand in communications and generate interest that encourages prospects to book a sales call with our sales team. Scope of Work: • Executing our lead generation strategy across social media platforms during agreed availability. • Maintaining accurate logs of prospects and performance (tracking sheets provided). • Sharing insights and suggestions to improve the process and implement new ideas effectively in collaboration with company leadership. USA Contractor Requirements:Please only apply if you can say YES to the points below: • Available to provide services during 9am-3pm and 3pm-9pm Eastern time • Able to provide a minimum of 30 service hours per week. 5 days per week of 6h shifts - 7h shifts on the weekends • Able to provide services on weekends. • Previous experience in a lead generation role. Preferred Experience (not mandatory): • High-level experience with Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms. • Customer service background. • Familiarity with the fitness industry. • Calendar and call-booking management. Additional Details: • Contractors will be invited to join weekly team calls to support alignment. • Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends) is a plus. • Reliable internet connection is required, as this is a remote role. Compensation (Contract Basis) • From $1,800/month (plus performance-based bonuses). (Payment is based on services rendered - this is an independent contractor position, not an employment role.)
