We currently teach over 3000 kids each week at over 150 different schools across Maryland, Virginia and California.
Through engaging and interactive music programs, we partner with schools, community centers, and families to deliver experiences that resonate with children of all ages and abilities. What Youll Do
As a member of our team, youll play a vital role in connecting schools and families with our programs, helping us make a lasting impact on childrens lives. If you share our enthusiasm for music and want to be part of a mission-driven organization, wed love to hear from you!
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will:
Make approximately 150 calls daily to engage potential clients.
Utilize voicemail drops for efficiency, reserving energy for live conversations.
Schedule 3-5 engaging demos per day by offering flexible calendar slots.
Coordinate with the program team to pass on booked leads for follow-up.
Prepare call lists and ensure all administrative tasks are completed.
Report daily progress and results.
