In this role, you will be making outbound calls to potential customers and inviting them to participate in surveys. The position requires confidence in making cold calls, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage professionally with international contacts.This is a remote, project-based, part-time opportunity compensated on an hourly basis, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role depending on project needs.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customersRequest participation in surveys while following a scriptMaintain a natural and professional tone on callsLog call outcomes and responses accuratelyShare relevant feedback or trends with the internal teamQualifications:Strong English communication skills, both spoken (with British accent) and writtenExperience in handling UK accountsComfortable with cold calling and handling objectionsPrevious experience in outbound calling, lead generation, surveys, or BPO is an advantageAble to work independently in a remote setup with a stable internet connectionSchedule: Shifting schedule.
