Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with experts, artists, and writers to deliver a high-quality gaming experience
Design and implement engaging gameplay mechanics, features, and content
Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality results
Develop and maintain design documentation, including design specs and technical requirements
Conduct playtests, gather feedback, and iterate on design to ensure a polished and engaging experience
Participate in the recruitment and management of additional designers
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a lead game design role
Experience with Unreal Engine
Proven track record of delivering high-quality multiplayer games
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Passion for playing, creating, and shipping games
Nice to Have:
Experience with Unreal Engine 5
Programming experience in C++
Content creation skills
