As Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will guide both front-end and back-end development, ensuring scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions. Accountabilities Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of SaaS applications, providing technical direction to the development team. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless user experiences and technically sound solutions. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability for high-traffic environments. Conduct code reviews, enforce best coding practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs promptly, maintaining platform stability and reliability. Implement security and compliance best practices for web applications. Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices, guiding the team to remain innovative. Mentor and support junior developers, fostering professional growth and team effectiveness. Requirements 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with proven leadership on complex SaaS applications. Strong proficiency in front-end (JavaScript, Vue, React) and back-end technologies (.NET Core, C#). Expertise in RESTful API design (OpenAPI, Swagger) and cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Minimum of 2 years in a senior or leadership role, with experience guiding development teams. Strong knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and hands-on experience with unit, integration, and functional testing. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and cloud infrastructure. In-depth understanding of web security best practices and regulatory compliance. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Passion for staying updated with emerging software trends and industry best practices.
