Lead Full-stack developer (PHP+React)
We are looking for a skilled Lead Full-stack (PHP+React) developer to join a long-term project in the alternative investments domain. The product helps simplify and digitize the entire process of investing in alternative assets — from onboarding and subscription workflows to reporting — ensuring security, compliance, and a seamless digital experience for investors and advisors. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in software development Strong expertise in PHP for backend development Proficiency with React/TypeScript for building modern front-end applications Proven experience in leading engineering teams, setting technical direction, and mentoring developers Solid understanding of software architecture and scalable systems design Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams English proficiency: Intermediate level or higher Will be a plus: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience integrating AI APIs or tools Prior experience mentoring engineers or leading small teams Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a small engineering team, set coding standards and review code Design and develop scalable backend services in PHP Maintain and refactor the existing codebase Build responsive front-end applications with React/TypeScript Define technical roadmaps together with the Project Manager Integrate AI into the team’s development lifecycle and drive adoption of AI tools Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, QA Lead, and development team on product features Product The platform transforms how financial institutions and advisors handle alternative investments. The project has been running successfully for several years with a stable client relationship since 2019.
