Key ResponsibilitiesHiring and training frontend engineers on the software development lifecycle and coding standardsWorking with the Director of Engineering and the product team to create/review measurable tickets and assign to team members with appropriate contextWorking with the Director of Engineering to ensure that the backend tickets fit into a time schedule that keeps the frontend team fully enabledRequired Qualifications5+ years of professional frontend development experience (Javascript), with focus on the implementation of React/Redux. This will be valuable to establish credibility with you team. 3+ years of experience developing and/or managing enterprise-scale implementations 3+ years of experience managing development teams and communicating deadlines/goals with stakeholders Personality: driven, self-motivated, adaptable, empathetic, energetic, detail-orientedPlusesExposure to Relational Database schema (PostgreSQL), Python, and the Django REST framework.
