Lead Freight Broker / Senior Logistics Agent (Remote – Commission+Bonuses) About Thorsen Logistics Group: Thorsen Logistics Group is a veteran-founded freight brokerage built by brokers who know the grind. We’re expanding fast and looking for a Lead Agent to help launch operations, mentor our team of Logistics Operations Agents, and move serious freight using our systems and carrier network. What You’ll Do: • Book and manage freight daily with full backend support (TMS, carrier vetting, factoring, dispatch tools) • Lead, train, and guide independent LOAs to hit performance targets • Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers nationwide • Negotiate rates, quote lanes, and manage load execution from pickup to delivery • Help refine and optimize operational processes as we scale What You’ll Get: • Commission: 5% of gross revenue plus up to 2% bonus for high-margin performance • Weekly pay on completed loads • Freedom to work remotely with full support — no micromanaging • Opportunity to grow into a regional or senior management role as operations expand What You Bring: • At least 1–2 years of freight brokerage or carrier sales experience • Strong book of carrier or shipper relationships (preferred) • Proven ability to move freight independently and close deals fast • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills • Motivation to lead and mentor others while building your own success If you’re a self-driven freight broker who could move freight with a phone and a notepad, you’ll thrive here.
