Your Impact
As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting data‑driven decision‑making across the Customer Success Organisation (CSO), including Professional Services, Technical Support, and Renewals. Reporting to the Sr. Director, FP&A, this role sits at the intersection of sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, and financial modelling.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, validating forecasts, identifying risks to targets, and helping leaders take informed action to drive predictable growth. Success in this role requires strong business judgment, sound forecasting discipline, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, practical insights.

What the Role Offers

Partner closely with senior managers across CSO as the primary finance contact, evaluating pipeline quality, health, and hygiene; validating and critiquing manager‑generated forecasts; quantifying gaps to target; and identifying the drivers behind performance risk.
Own, govern, and continuously improve forecasting models and assumptions for key performance indicators such as pipeline sufficiency and conversion, setting consistent standards and best practices across teams and functions.
Assess forecast accuracy and bias across regional teams on an ongoing basis and over time, identifying systemic issues such as optimism, execution delays, churn risk, or recurring pipeline slippage. You will influence corrective actions through insight and partnership.
Develop clear narratives around KPI performance, explaining variability driven by seasonality, product mix, capacity constraints, or structural changes in the business.
Translate analytical findings into clear options, trade‑offs, and actions that enable leaders to prioritize effectively and improve outcomes.
Support long‑term planning, investment analysis, and growth initiatives across CSO while influencing priorities in partnership with Finance leadership.

What You Need to Succeed

6–8 years of experience in finance, sales operations, or revenue operations within a fast‑paced, ambiguous tech environment, plus a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Economics, Math, Statistics, Data Science, etc.).
Advanced analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights; strong SQL and experience with Python or similar analytical tools.
High proficiency in Excel (including Power Pivot) to support planning, forecasting, and business reviews, along with hands‑on experience using Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leaders and customer‑facing stakeholders.
Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments; change‑management experience is a plus.
