This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality assets, including Job Aids, FAQs, and self-serve training materials, to enhance the skills and knowledge of our salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Taxonomy, and Project Management, Enablement tools, and will excel in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.Key Responsibilities:Content Management:• Oversee the Content Management System (CMS) to ensure all materials are up-to-date, accessible, organized, and aligned with organizational goals. • Develop and implement strategies for effective content categorization, tagging, and retrieval. • Work with SMEs across the organization to ensure our role-specific Knowledge Base(s) are up-to-date, organized, and relevant. • Be a brand ambassador and ensure assets and communications shared by the Field Enablement team align with the latest Sprinklr brand & messaging standards.Sales Onboarding:• Work closely with our Learning & Performance team to oversee our Learning Management System and the onboarding process for new field team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to ramp up qui
