About the position

Responsibilities
• Work closely with business and IT leaders to define, develop, and implement omni solutions within the Manhattan Active platform.
• Lead the design, implementation, and execution of large global strategic initiatives.
• Assist in supporting run work involving triaging and leading the resolution of production/staging incidents.
• Translate business requirements to functional and technical requirements, leading the delivery of functional specifications and architecture design.
• Act as subject matter expert/project lead for large strategic and business unit projects.
• Provide subject matter expertise to assist level 1 / 2 support teams as needed.
• Provide periodic 'on-call' coverage after normal business hours to ensure minimal outage time.
• Partner and contribute in cross-functional agile squads to implement technology solutions that satisfy business needs.
• Provide leadership and guidance for consultants, vendors, and other IT or functional teammates.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree.
• 5-10 years hands-on experience working on an order management platform, preferably Manhattan Active Omni.
• Experience implementing and supporting integration platforms with deep knowledge of APIs.
• 5+ years' experience acting as a team lead or project lead.
• Experience in Snowflake, Tableau, SQL, SCI reporting is a plus.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience with Manhattan Integration Framework and SAP IS is preferred.
• Demonstrated expert ability in the design, configuration, implementation, and support of omni order management functionality.
